Travel back in time at the historic Billie Creek Village, located at Rockville, Indiana. This event is known as the best Civil War Re-enactment in the north. It's held the second weekend in June each year.

I live in a home built by the daughter of Eliza Jane Clark-Rinehimer, Caroline Rinehimer Stiles and Alfred Stiles in Elgin. I am researching the home for a plaque from the Heritage commission. What connection does Eliza Jane Clark-Rinehimer have to the civil war other than living during that time?
